These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between Quick Spark Digital LLC, doing business as RoofRep AI ("RoofRep", "we", "us", or "our") and the undersigned client ("Client"). By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Description
RoofRep AI provides automated communication and AI-based call answering services to help roofing companies capture leads and streamline customer interactions.
This includes:
AI call answering and lead qualification
Custom scripting based on client input
Lead notifications via text/email
Optional CRM and form routing features
RoofRep is not a live receptionist or human call center.
2. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide accurate business details, availability hours, and service information.
Client is responsible for responding to leads in a timely manner.
Client must monitor lead notifications and approve scripts before activation.
3. AI Limitations & Liability
RoofRep is not liable for any lost leads, confusion from customers, or customer reactions caused by AI responses.
The AI should not be used for emergency services or relied on for sensitive customer conversations.
AI behavior is based on scripts provided and approved by the Client.
4. Payment Terms
Setup fees are due upfront and non-refundable before work begins.
Monthly service fees are billed automatically on the agreed billing cycle.
Client must maintain an active payment method on file at all times.
Client is responsible for any additional usage fees generated by the AI (e.g., Twilio voice/SMS charges).
5. AI Usage Costs
AI operations are powered by third-party platforms (e.g., Twilio, OpenAI, HighLevel).
Client agrees to pay for all usage-based fees not covered in the base subscription.
Usage metrics will be reflected in billing or communicated as needed.
6. Cancellation & Termination
Clients may cancel service with written notice at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle.
If the account is hosted under RoofRep's agency, access to AI and CRM tools will be removed upon cancellation.
If the Client has been migrated to their own HighLevel agency account, RoofRep no longer controls access.
RoofRep may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or misuse.
7. Intellectual Property
Scripts, workflows, and automation created by RoofRep remain proprietary while hosted under our system.
Upon migration to the Client’s own account, these assets are transferred with usage rights but not resale rights.
8. System Limitations & Platform Dependence
RoofRep is not responsible for issues, bugs, or outages related to HighLevel, Twilio, OpenAI, or other third-party services.

9. Support Access Policy
Client receives up to 2 support revisions per month, limited to messaging support only.
Additional edits or support requests beyond the included revisions may incur extra charges or require a support subscription.
10. Data Privacy
Call recordings, transcriptions, and client data are stored securely.
RoofRep does not sell or share personal data.

11. Affiliate Program & Deployment
Clients who wish to migrate their account must do so using RoofRep’s affiliate link.
Deployment of AI and CRM systems outside of RoofRep’s agency requires signup through our approved HighLevel affiliate path.
RoofRep reserves the right to decline migration outside of this structure.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updates will be sent via email or posted on our website.
